   Registration with our agency does not guarantee job placement. Selection depends entirely on employer requirements, interviews, skill tests, and final approval from overseas clients.
4. Candidate Responsibilities
   Candidates are responsible for providing accurate personal, professional, and legal documents. Any false information may lead to rejection or cancellation of the recruitment process at any stage.
5. Service Charges
   Service charges, if applicable, vary based on job category, country, and employer. All charges will be communicated clearly before proceeding with recruitment. No hidden charges are involved.
6. Visa & Immigration
   Visa issuance, immigration approval, and travel permission are solely subject to the rules and regulations of the destination country and concerned authorities. The company is not responsible for delays or rejections by embassies or government bodies.
7. Employment Contract
   All selected candidates will work under a legal employment contract issued by the overseas employer. Our company acts only as a recruitment facilitator and is not the employer.
8. Employer Decisions
   Final selection, job location, salary, contract duration, and employment terms are decided by the overseas employer. The company holds no liability for changes made by the employer after selection.
9. Refund Policy
   Any refund, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per company policy and only under specific conditions. Once services are rendered or documents are submitted, fees may be non-refundable.
